Returns & Exchanges Policy

Dear Customer,

We want you to be happy with your purchase at Signature weaves  and we regret that your expectations have not been met!

For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us.

Please ensure that

  • All items are in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • No items must be worn, used or washed
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
  • Originals receipts should be included in the returns package
  • Items purchased on ‘Sales’ are non-exchangeable nor returnable
  • All exchanges and returns request need to be raised within 15 days of the invoice date

If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we will be unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Returns Process

  1. To initiate your return or exchange process, please fill in the details in the returns form (link ######).
  2. Once you have submitted a returns form a reference number would be mailed to you
  3. Enclose the original invoice with the item to be returned and ship it to our address at the earliest.
  4. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns unless your order was shipped with incorrect or defective merchandise.
  5. Your refund will be credited in your store account wallet as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.These credits may be used now or later.
  6. For changing an item in size or style, you may go to our website and place a new order and pay for the same using store credits.
  7. In case the processing of store credits is underway and you do not want to leave an item to chance, please give us the reference number of your returns form and we will initiate an exchange.
  8. If the new item billing is  higher than the returned one please pay the difference for a smooth transaction. In case it is lesser, the difference would be send to you as credits to your wallet.
  9. This is to ensure the items you want will be in stock and that you will receive them quickly.
  10. Please take care to not remove the hygiene strip from swimwear so as to enable easy returns. If removed we may have to reject the return request
  11. Please note that we do not encourage cash refunds or refunds on debit/credit cards. Also as a policy we do not have returns or exchanges on sale items.
  12. Please ensure that the merchandise has not been washed or wornand is returned within 15 days of original purchase for us to help your better
